How to play Cinections

Find groups of four clues that share a movie in common.

Hard mode:

• Select four clues and then click in the guess the movie box.
• Start typing a movie name and movie choices will pre-populate.
• If you guess the movie correct, you will have the remaining four clues to guess another movie.
• You have 4 guesses to guess the two movies correctly.

Instructions:

• Highlight 4 clues that have a connection.
• Choose the movie.
• If it is correct, then the correct clues will turn green.
• If it is incorrect, the clues will flash yellow for 2 seconds.
• If you want to save your statistics, enter in your email address (we are going to try this without passwords since it’s just a fun game).
• There is a new game every day.

Easy mode:

• Select four clues
• Below the clues, there are 20 movies. Choose the movie that corresponds to the four clues.
• If your choice is correct, then the correct clues will turn green.
• If your choice is incorrect, the clues will flash yellow for 2 seconds.
• If you want to save your statistics, enter in your email address (we are going to try this without passwords since it’s just a fun game).
• There is a new game every day.

Scoring:

You get points for each movie you guess correctly. We track your points using your email address.

• 10 points for all movies correct and no wrong guesses
• 6 points for all movies correct and 1 wrong guess
• 4 points for all movies correct and 2 wrong guesses
• 2 points for all movies correct and 3 wrong guesses
• 1 point for 1 movie correct after 4 guesses
• 0 points for 0 movies correct after 4 guesses.
